Description
Develop, implement and manage work plans for the IT department
Setup and maintain servers and workstations and accessories
Maintain switches, hubs, and other network related devices
Install software and software updates
Maintain and verify nightly backup of servers
Install and maintain telephone equipment.
Ensures the security of the hospital information on the network and computer systems.
Seeks competitive bids on IT equipment and software.
Attends and participates in assigned hospital meetings.
Manages and directs IT employees.
Support and train users on telephone and computer equipment
Troubleshoot hospital hardware and software relating to information technology
Maintain competent staff and adequate staffing levels to appropriately care for patient population served
